Change Team:

Hi All,

Sorry for the late notice, busy day at work. So your not going to believe this if you haven't heard already, our team is now not going to be able to play or practice for two weeks from last Sunday. The State got involved with our situation and deemed our players and coaches as being in "Close Contact". You should be all contacted by the Board of Health very shortly and they can give you guidance on this issue. NO game tomorrow, NO practice Sunday and I will let you know our next hockey event.

Thank you,

Coach.

Hi All,

Plymouth's Board of Health has deemed our situation as NOT "Close Contact". With our team practicing social distancing, wearing masks and abiding by all of COVID 19 restrictions/precautions the board of health is convinced we were not in close contact with Mickey. So PYH has put our ice times back on our schedule and as far as I can tell our players do not need to quarantine any longer either. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me and I will try and best get you answers.

Thank you,

Coach

Hi All,

So the whole team is done for two weeks. No PYH events for two weeks from last Sunday the 15th. I'm waiting to hear if we can play our game on the 29th, as technically as the clock ticks that game will be beyond 2 weeks. I will let you know about that. Please talk to your doctors office for guidance on anything not hockey related but again there is no ice time for two weeks. Please let me know any questions you have.

Thank you,

Coach.

Plymouth BOH said Mickey can return if he has 2 negative tests at least 24 hours apart but anyone he was in close contact with (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or more) must quarantine for 14 days.  They are not able to return even if they test negative. This is according to Mass guidelines for youth sports.

Hi All,

Mickey Grealis just tested positive for COVID. I'm talking with PYH now about how to proceed with this issue. Talk with your players pediatrician for guidance and we will wait for PYHs guidance on how to proceed as a team. As soon as I get any info I will inform you all. Please email me back ASAP that you received this email and are aware of the situation. Please include with your email a good cell number that we can use as a group text message moving forward.

thank you,

Coach.

Hi All,

Hope everyone had a happy Friday the 13th. Boys played decent last week, passing wasn't there at times but good to see them skate hard for 3 solid periods. That team is moving up a division and so are the next two teams that we are playing this weekend. Tomorrow we have Weymouth in Weymouth at 10:45am. Seams like most if not all rinks are only letting us in 10mins before puck drop so please do whatever needs to be done to have your player ready to walk in the rink and lace his skates up 10 minutes before game time. Sunday is South Coast Panthers at 920am in Falmouth. Please let me know if your player will not be attending either game.

Thank you,

Coach.
